Booking Conditions

1.Reservation of Doble Uve Holiday Bungalows

All bookings accepted by Matagorda Horizons are subject to these terms and conditions.
All prices stated are in Euros (€).

2. Booking procedure and payment terms.

Once your booking has been confirmed, a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your dates. The full balance will be payable on arrival. We accept Visa, Master Cards and Debit Cards.

3. Cancellations.

We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover the unforseen circumstances which may necessitate cancellation of your holiday. We reserve the right to cancel your booking booking if payment has not been received in accordance with clauses 2.1 and 2.2 above. The following cancellation charges will apply to all bookings cancelled in accordance with clause 3.1 above.
Any cancellations - loss of rental deposit.
Within six weeks - 100% of total rental.

4. Accommodation.

The accommodation provided is only for the use of persons named by the client on booking. Subletting, sharing or assigning is prohibited. Your accomodation will be available to clients between 12 pm and 2pm local time on the day of arrival unless otherwise agreed. All accommodation must be vacated by 10 a.m. local time on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed with us.
An adult must accompany persons under the age of 18. We will not be liable for any loss or injury resulting from the use of the accomodation and attached facilities. Swimming pools are dangerous and ours is not to be used by children without adult supervision.

5. Complaints.

In the unlikely event that you have any reason for complaint or dissatisfaction, you must contact Matagorda Horizons immediately so that we may promptly address your issue. Details of how to contact Matagorda Horizons can be found in the accommodation on this site.

6. Animals and Pets.

Animals and Pets are not permitted in our Villas. This condition is strictly enforced.

7. Safety Deposit Box.

Should you wish to make use of a safety deposit box in the Villa, a €20 deposit is payable against loss of keys.
